It’s okay to say I’m not okay

The first step towards mental wellness is to acknowledge where you are. A sort of coming out if you like. This means being ok with not being ok and saying as much when you need to.

We have developed a way to gently and easily release stuck emotions that cause depression, anxiety and stress, allowing for a return to a centred and resourceful state. It's called Shape of Emotion.
